How to locate us

Throughout the Summer HandtoHand is located in the village of St Jacobs, Ontario.

You can find us in the Market Districts by the main building directly across from the Conestoga Fries. Just look for our sign, or the Fair Trade symbol.

Hours of operation for the Market are Thurs & Sat from 7 am - 3:30 pm. The Market is also open on Tues from 7 am – 3:30 pm during high summer.

From the West on Highway 401

(London, Windsor...)

Exit #278B King Street East, Kitchener, follow Highway 8 to Highway 85 toward Waterloo which ramps to the right. Follow Highway 85 to Road 15 exit for Market District. Turn left onto King Street (Road 15) at the lights, then left again onto Farmers Market Road.

For the Village of St. Jacobs, continue on Highway 85.Turn left at the traffic lights onto Sawmill Road (Road 17) and follow the signs to the Village.

From the East on Highway 401

(Toronto, Kingston...)

Exit #278 Highway 8 Kitchener; follow Highway 8 to Highway 85 N Waterloo (ramps to the right). Follow Highway 85 North. Exit at Road 15 for Market District. Turn left at end of exit ramp onto King Street North (Road 15). Travel over bridge and turn left onto Farmers Market Road into Market District.
